Position Title: Asst. Manager / Manager – HR & Communication

Shift Timings: UK Shift (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST)

Working Days: 5 Days a week

Organizational Context: Reporting to HR Head

*As a part of recruitment responsible, you may often need to work on Saturdays to facilitate interview drives.  

What makes you a good fit for this role:

• Graduation in any stream

• MBA – PGDM – with specialization in HR

• Prior Experience in IT industry working as Generalist HR / HR Business partner role is Mandatory

• Professional Experience: 7-12 Years

KPI for the position:
  • Internal Communication: 20 %

  • Generalist HR: 80 %

  • Designing monthly Training calendar and generating reports.

  • Survey designs and implementation

  • Event management – Fun @ work skills.

  • Change management skills.

  • Managing budgets for communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Key competencies:
  • Training and Development initiatives.

  • Designing Induction programmes / On boarding initiatives

  • Running the Rewards and Recognition programmes for all employees

  • Employee Relations – Internal customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure high degree of Employee motivation and retention by accessing and meeting employee expectations

  • Managing all channels of internal and external communication, facilitating effective communication across the organisation.

  • Designing and implementing Employee Engagement initiatives – fun @ work.

  • Organise corporate events – Event management.
