• Graduation in any stream
• MBA – PGDM – with specialization in HR
• Prior Experience of IT Recruitments is Mandatory

Hands-on experience in making recruitments for technical positions in the software industry.
Ability of multitasking in managing the entire life cycle of talent acquisition starting from sourcing of right candidates till on boarding.
Sound experience on recruitment consultants onboarding, setting up their KPI’s & daily reviews, ensuring fulfillment of KPI’s defined for each consultancy firms.
Experience on carrying out in-house candidates sourcing using various recruitment tools at disposal (jobs portals such as Naukri, Indeed & others. Social channels such as Linkedin).
Good knowledge of active and passive candidate data base management.
Should have good knowledge of market intelligence, knowledge of competitors processes.
Knowledge of various interviewing methods.
Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Data analysis experience.
Expertise in Office Management tools like MS Excel, Power-point, MS Word.
Good presentation skills.
Good Negotiation skills.
Relationship-building- (Candidate/ Vendor Relation Management).
Creative & Out of box thinking.
Comprehend the recruitment strategy on resource acquisition process of RVU India.
Assess the talent availability (internal talent) within the organization.
Discuss the talent requirements of the organization with the project teams.
Analyse the gap areas between availability and requirement.
Build strategies and plans to meet these gap areas through various sources of hiring.
Complete tracking and reporting of recruitment status and KPI’S.
Measure the success of the implemented plans and achieve high joining ratios.
