Position Title: Database Developer

Shift Timings: UK Shift (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST)

Working Days: 5 Days a week

Organisational Context: Reporting to Project Manager

What makes you a good fit for this role:

• Graduation in any stream

• Professional Experience: - 2.5 to 4 Years

Skills we are looking for:
  • Experience of working with relational databases.

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014/2016.

  • T-SQL developing Stored procedures, Views, Triggers, UDF (User defined Functions), constraints etc.

  • Experience in SSIS

  • Experience of Performance tuning like Query plans, indexes etc.

  • Experience of working on Team Foundation Server (TFS).

  • Experience of ETL and data warehousing.

  • Basic knowledge of SSRS.

  • Basic knowledge of Tableau.ch.

Key competencies:
  • Ability to effectively communicate status, pertinent information and action plans to audiences at all levels during priority incident management situations.

  • Can convey technical information to non-technical people. Strong, proven database performance tuning skills.

  • Self-driven, motivated and reliable team player.

  • Must have strong problem solving, analytical and diagnostic skills.

  • Can positively challenge inefficiencies and waste with ability to drive change through persuasion and consensus.

  • Promotes diligence, attention to detail and evidence-based decision making.

  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines and business requirements.
