SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Company’s Policy governing Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) is in line with the regulation specified in Section 135 and Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013. The policy governs the programs of Inspop.com (India Branch office) referred in the policy as “RVU India” and covers details of CSR activities to be undertaken and how to implement, monitor and report on these activities.
As a progressive global organization, we consider CSR as a wonderful opportunity to drive positive changes in communities around us. Re-affirmation to our belief "We can be the change we wish to see in the world", our CSR initiatives are focused on supporting projects that are working towards leaving the wood pile higher than we have found it.
The Policy shall guide the CSR programmes and activities undertaken by the Company in the communities in which it operates.
The Company will not make contributions to any political party or its affiliations.
